PRESENTATION OF THE BIBEME ELLA FOUNDATION
The BIBEME ELLA FOUNDATION is a non-profit, apolitical, and non-denominational African cultural centre. It prohibits all religious and tribal discrimination.
The BIBEME ELLA FOUNDATION works for the promotion of African ancestral customs and values, the promotion of national languages, the creation of various training centres throughout the national territory, social aid, and assistance, facilitating access to education and citizenship, the promotion of academic and university excellence, the promotion of development and cultural supervision.
The Foundation's resources come mainly from members' subscriptions, the results of the teaching provided, and various donations and bequests from people of goodwill. These resources are intended for persons, works, or organizations of general interest, of an educational, scientific, social, humanitarian, or cultural nature, or contributing to the enhancement of Cameroon's cultural heritage.
